The Role

Radiant Technologies is a bootstrapped, profitable software holding company. We own and operate a portfolio of consumer web products that we scale aggressively through paid acquisition, organic distribution, and performance marketing.

You'll work across a diverse set of products spanning multiple domains and industries, requiring you to quickly understand new markets, identify high-intent opportunities, and adapt SEO and GEO strategies to different user behaviors and demand patterns. If you enjoy solving growth challenges across varied problem spaces and scaling what works, this role is built for you.

We've built our organic growth engine to operate with the same level of precision, speed, and scale as our paid systems. We're looking for someone to take full ownership of it as Head of SEO.

This is not a traditional SEO role. You will own SEO and GEO, driving acquisition across search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms. Our products operate in high-intent, time-sensitive demand cycles. You'll capture and scale this demand organically with the same performance mindset we apply to paid.

This is a hands-on, operator role where both strategy and execution, and the ability to scale, matter deeply.

Training & Growth Opportunity

What You'll Do

Organic Growth Execution & Real-Time Scaling

Own day-to-day execution of SEO across products

Capture high-intent traffic across search engines and emerging discovery surfaces (Ahrefs)

Identify demand spikes (peak hours, seasonal trends) and scale content accordingly (Seline)

Make fast decisions on what to build, update, or kill based on performance signals

Content Systems, Clustering & Programmatic Scale

Build and scale keyword clustering systems aligned with search intent and topic depth

Design programmatic SEO frameworks to expand coverage across high-volume query sets

Create structured content ecosystems (pillar → cluster → supporting pages)

Continuously test formats, internal linking, and page structures to improve rankings and conversion

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)

Own visibility across AI-driven platforms

Build entity-level authority and structured content aligned with LLM retrieval patterns

Optimize content for answerability, citations, and inclusion in AI-generated responses

Technical SEO & Infrastructure

Ensure strong foundations: crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking

Handle large-scale site structures, pagination, canonicalization, and duplication control

Work with engineering to improve rendering, page speed, and scalability

Off-Page SEO & Authority Building

Drive off-page strategies to build domain authority and trust signals

Identify scalable link acquisition opportunities aligned with product and content strategy

Tracking, Reporting & Growth Loops

First 90 Days

Must-Haves

Track Record

7+ years in performance-driven SEO / organic growth roles with proven impact on traffic, conversions, or revenue.

Execution & Critical Thinking

Strong problem-solving ability; you can break down ambiguous growth problems and turn them into scalable systems.

You take full ownership of outcomes. You don't wait for instructions. You identify problems, propose solutions, and execute.
